Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website during eligible promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with the tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through our courier partner.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

International Shipping

Currently, SchoolSutra ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
